To help keep all pupils safe, please ensure the school has up-to-date information about any allergies your child may have. Accurate allergy information enables us to put appropriate support plans in place, train staff effectively, and respond quickly in an emergency. We all have a part to play in creating a safe environment, including following our nut-aware policy and being mindful of the food brought into school. If your child has an allergy, please contact the school or update their details via Arbor. Be Allergy Aware Posters for AAW25

Eid celebrations have brought students and staff together at The Portsmouth Academy, marking the culmination of a month of fasting. We have pride in our diverse community, so it was fantastic to see hundreds of people engaged in the festivities.
Amidst a vibrant atmosphere, students and staff indulged in an array of delicious halal dishes, swayed to lively music, and engaged in the good spirit of the afternoon. The art of henna hand painting added an extra touch of cultural richness to the event. All of this was back by popular demand from our student community, following last years event.
While Eid al-Fitr traditionally symbolises the end of Ramadan's fasting period for Muslims, the celebration at The Portsmouth Academy extended an inclusive invitation to individuals of all faiths or none, encouraging exploration and understanding of Eid's significance.
